Newsletter Privacy Policy

This is the Privacy Policy of Kyndra Hatch

Mailing List:

When you sign up for my email newsletter, I collect personal information such as your email address and your first name.

I use this information to tell you about my past, present, and future life; contests; giveaways; books I wrote and am writing; books by other authors that I think might interest you.

I will never rent or trade my email mailing list with other organizations and/or businesses.

I use third-party providers, MailChimp, Mailblast, and MailerLite to deliver my newsletter. These providers gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies that help me monitor and improve the email newsletter.

You may view MailChimp's privacy policy here: https://mailchimp.com/legal/privacy/

You may view MailerLite's privacy policy here:  https://www.mailerlite.com/privacy-policy

You may unsubscribe from my newsletter/mailing list at any time of the day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link, which is at the bottom of all of my emails. OR, you may email me at kyndrahatch@gmail.com to ask to be unsubscribed and it will be done.

I use Instafreebie and Bookfunnel to offer free books. For my mailing list, these services are not set for mandatory information collection.

Target Audience

I am an author residing in the United States. I market to a U.S. audience.

Full Disclosure Statement

I want to make it clear what I use my newsletter for. I use my newsletter to entertain my subscribers with my past, present, and future life; talk about books I've written and am writing; talk about books by other authors I think my subscribers might be interested in, as well as share giveaways for opportunities to win prizes and follow other authors.

To be completely transparent, I'm hoping to be interesting enough that people will want to buy my books. This is my job. My job on my taxes is 'Author.' Having a newsletter is the best way for me to tell people who are interested in me and my books about me and my books. It's not all about selling books all the time, but I do have to make a living.

Privacy Policy Changes

I will update my privacy policy as I learn what is needed to better show full transparency of what I do with my mailing list subscriber information.
